Over the last thirty years, we have been following the problems of entrepreneurs who are looking at the complex and fascinating world of renewable energy. It is a nasti of market that in the past has provided great satisfactions, especially to color that acted as "pioneers" in a world that was dominated by the national monopolist. Following Decrees 9 and 10/91 and, later, with the liberalization led by EU directives, the market for the production of electricity from renewable sources, many forward-looking entrepreneurs decided to invest in the sector which, in the north-east, meant first of all hydropower and, to a lesser extent, photovoltaics and biomass.
