Avv. Claudia Ogriseg

Born in Udine in 1970, she graduated from the University of Trieste under the direction of prof. adv. Vallebona; at the University of Bologna, he received his PhD in Labor Law and Industrial Relations.

Starts the legal profession in the Court of Trieste at a leading law firm, specializing immediately in labor law and social security. He continued his professional activity in the Udine Law Court at the Mansi Law Firm, supporting numerous Labor Consulting firms in a stable and continuous manner.

He collaborates in the field of labor law at the University of Trieste for a long time as an adjunct professor; at the University of Milan he is assistant professor of teaching for years and carries out research as a research fellow, also with periods of study abroad (University of Bordeaux), under the scientific direction of prof. Pietro Ichino.

Engaged in teaching at the University of Milan in the II level Master in Labor Law and Industrial Relations and in the chair of Legal Informatics and the Information Society Law Center (ISLC); member of the IT Commission of the Bar Association of Udine, Head of Data Protection (DPO) in leading companies and professional bodies; speaker at Conferences and Seminars for the continuous training of Labor Consultants, Lawyers and Accountants.

Author of the monograph “Economic risk and labor protection models” published by Giuffré (2008) and awarded by the Marco Biagi Foundation; publishes numerous articles in leading specialized legal journals.

She is a member of the Italian Labor Law Association (AGI) and of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA)

She is registered with the Bar Association of Udine.
