Avv. Alberto Tarlao
Born in Monfalcone in 1991, he graduated with honors from the University of Trieste and later attended the Masters in Labor Law and Social Security at the same university.
He started his legal profession at the Court of Trieste, collaborating with a leading law firm and immediately specializing in labor law and social security, also participating, also as a speaker, in numerous conferences and study meetings on the subject.
Author of the chapter “The agency contract” and co-author of the chapter “The category of cadres: legal definition” of the Practical Manual of Labor Law, published in 2017 by AdMaiora Duepuntozero, he also collaborated with the weekly staff administration, collective bargaining, law and safety “Guide to Work” by Il Sole 24 Ore.
He is currently enrolled in the School of Higher Education in Labor Law organized by AGI – Italian Labor Lawyers in agreement with the Higher School of Lawyers – Foundation of the National Bar Council.
He is a member of the Udine Bar Association.
